Free 30-Day Returns
You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, in the original packaging and with all tags attached.
To start a return, email support@ldnkix.co.uk with your order number, item(s) and reason. We will send you a pre-paid Royal Mail/DPD return label (UK only). Please use the label within 7 days of receipt.
Cooling-Off Period (Distance Sales)
For online orders delivered in the UK, you have the right to cancel within 14 days from the day after you receive your goods, for any reason. After notifying us of cancellation, you have a further 14 days to post the item back.
Upon cancellation we will refund: (a) the price paid and (b) the original delivery cost up to the standard delivery rate (any premium/express upgrade is not refunded). Refunds are made within 14 days of either receiving the returned item or receiving acceptable evidence of posting—whichever is earlier.
Who Pays for the Return?
Returns are free within the UK when you use our pre-paid label. If you choose to use another carrier/service, those costs are non-refundable (unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item).
Condition Checks
All returns are inspected. Items that do not meet the conditions above may be rejected or refunded partially according to the condition of the goods.
Refunds
We issue refunds to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return or acceptable proof of posting (for cancellations). Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 3–10 working days.
The original delivery fee is refunded only up to the standard rate. Outbound premium/express upgrades are not refundable. Exchange shipments are sent on our standard service.
Faulty or Incorrect Items (Consumer Rights Act 2015)
If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days with photos and your order number. You have the short-term right to reject within 30 days for a full refund. After 30 days, we will repair or replace; if that is not possible or fails, you may be entitled to a refund or price reduction. In all faulty/incorrect cases, we cover all return postage costs.
Exclusions
- Personalised/customised items;
- Hygiene-sealed items once opened (e.g., socks/insoles in opened hygiene packaging), unless faulty;
- Items that show wear, odour, damage or alteration after delivery, unless faulty;
- Gift cards.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
